- help you navigate things which may need to be actioned for the property to maximise the sale value - for example - Help you book a gardener and interior cosmetic work, or Stylist.

- we help you choose the most effective marketing package and negotiate the fee so you are NOT overcharged.

During the Campaign:

- we are there to help you ascertain whether an offer is good or bad during the Sale process or private sale process. 

- Of course, we’ll also be with you at the auction and take care of any negotiations post auction if need be.
