David is recognized and acknowledged as being one of the most experienced and respected real estate professionals in Australia. His wealth of knowledge and experience, together with his Auctioneering skills make him a dynamic part of our Advocacy team.

His one and only career started straight from school in London selling real estate to the rich and famous in Knightsbridge and Mayfair. Lucky first job!

Career driven David moved to Queensland Australia and was soon head hunted after gaining his real estate licenses to become the real estate Director of one of the largest Japanese real estate condominium developers in the world. This position spanned over 15 years with complex transactions throughout Australia as well as Japan. He personally sold during that time 5 International hotels, two islands and associated businesses, negotiated with government departments (State and Federal) as well as buying for his clients many thousands of acres of land developments for subdivisions, golf courses and unit buildings developments.

David kept his international hand on the pulse and moved into working with Chinese investing into Australia and became the O.I.E.C. for a Shanghai based real estate agency with offices in Melbourne, Shanghai and Beijing. As an example David was involved in transacting a number of the sales in Australia 108 in Melbourne together with Colliers to various overseas interests.

David has owned and operated real estate business’s in sales and property management in Qld and Victoria and was recognized for his contribution to the real estate industry by being invited to become an Associate of the Real Estate Industry of Australia in October 1991. David has also been professionally linked to the REIV in Victoria for over 16 years as a trainer and assessor, subject matter expert and instructional designer. He has also held a compliance management position with Deloitte in Melbourne in recent years.

Over the last 20 plus years, David as a real estate teacher has trained, mentored and guided many of today’s leading real estate professionals both in Victoria and around Australia. He has also trained staff in many of the high profile agencies eg Elders, Stockland, Oliver Hume, Stockade and Leggo, Harcourts, Mirvac, Jas Stephens and Philip Webb.
