We understand that not every buyer is the same. We offer a range of services to choose from, allowing you, as the buyer, to be as involved as you like. You sign an authority to act on your behalf exclusively.
FULL SERVICE OPTION
We spend time creating your scope and creating your property brief, we find the properties, inspect the properties with you or on your behalf if you can not with video footage, provide analysis report, complete due diligence, then negotiate and bid on your behalf, as many times as required. We continuously update your brief along the journey.
NEGOTIATION ONLY OPTION
You find the property, we inspect it, provide an analysis report, Due Diligence Reports & then create the acquisition strategy & negotiate and bid on your behalf.
VENDOR ADVOCATE SERVICES:
What is Vendor Advocacy and why is it so important?
We will help you choose the best real estate agent, the most effective marketing package, and be there to help you ascertain whether an offer is good or bad. Of course, we’ll also be with you at the auction and take care of any negotiations post auction if need be.
