YOUR CLIENT ROADMAP

START YOUR PROPERTY JOURNEY - Identify & Clarify Your Property Search Scope - which we send you including locations, market insights of locations, identify your budget, identify your non-negotiable property list & any other vital information.
2.
We search and create your property dashboard - with all the details of properties on our journey. Reach out to our database of Agents for Off Market opportunities. We then map out your inspections and send you details and confirm your availability. You are always welcome to send through properties you want to see, if you want to.
3.
Review your scope and search and listen to your feedback + we continuously redefine and realign your search scope. We communicate regularly between us, via a Group text chat & through face to face meetings before or after open for inspections, or when needed. Having a coffee with you in the areas you are looking to buy in, is always a great idea!
4.
We Find a Match - we submit & review with you our due diligence findings. This includes: Council due diligence, our Valuation Assessment and Comparable Information Report, our Property Assessment report to review the Grade of the Property, a Contract of Sale review + discuss together any other valuable information.
We ensure you have seen the property multiple times including private inspections - whilst keeping your identity removed by us being your representatives. This is very important for the acquisition stage - to keep the upper hand.

Link you to people to help with the successful acquisition - Conveyancers, Building & Pest, Architects, Designers, Mortgage Brokers.
